My watercolor teacher gave me a piece of this very delicate brown paper. I couldn’t wait to try applying some white paint to it, and mums seemed like the perfect subject. Painting on such fine stock wasn’t particularly difficult, but it tore in a couple of places when I went to mount it.
Can you find the grasshopper hiding amongst the stems?
