Four years after I first registered, I’m finally able to participate in the plein air event on Chincoteague Island! Here are the first two days’ products: one is a pastel of the marsh on the Wildlife Loop on the refuge, and the other is a Chinese watercolor of one of the ubiquitous egrets found along Beach Road. Who knows what tomorrow will bring!

Thanks to the Chincoteague Cultural Alliance for organizing such a terrific event.
